Job Title: Sales Account & Business Development Manager – Education Services

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Accounts and Business Development Manager to drive student recruitment and education service partnerships. The role involves managing client accounts, expanding market presence, and converting leads into long-term business relationships, particularly in the international higher education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in target international markets for student recruitment.
• Manage relationships with partner institutions, education agents, and other stakeholders.
• Achieve and exceed student recruitment targets through strategic sales efforts.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
• Represent the company at education fairs, expos, webinars, and networking events.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to tailor campaigns for lead generation and conversion.
• Prepare and present performance reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates.
• Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and commission structures with clients and agents.
• Train and support internal sales staff and agent partners to align with company goals.
• Ensure compliance with international education regulations and institutional policies.
Key Requirements:
• B2B or B2C sales within the education sector, ideally in international student recruitment.
• Strong understanding of global education systems, visa processes, and student decision-making.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal-driven with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience working with CRM tools and managing sales pipelines.
• Willingness to travel internationally for business development and events.
